CO About Synergia Soft & SynTrack
4 questions
What does Synergia Soft do?
Synergia Soft is a Dubai-headquartered ERP and automation systems company serving the GCC. For over a decade we have built, implemented and supported SynTrack — one ERP platform covering van sales, warehousing, distribution, freight, manufacturing, counter sales, fleet and VAT-ready finance.
What is SynTrack?
SynTrack is our ERP platform: twenty integrated modules on one database, led by Van Sales and Direct Store Delivery on the road. You start with the modules that hurt most and switch on the rest as you grow — everything is already connected.
Which countries do you serve?
The UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and the wider GCC. We are headquartered in Dubai and deliver on site or remotely across the region.
Which industries fit SynTrack best?
Trading and wholesale, FMCG distribution, food and beverage, pharmacy distribution, logistics and freight, manufacturing, building materials and workshop businesses. If your day involves stock, routes, credit and VAT, SynTrack was built for you.
BUY Buying & implementation
4 questions
How much does SynTrack cost?
Pricing depends on modules, users and branches — a single-branch trader with a few vans is a very different project from a multi-branch distributor. After a 30-minute discovery call we give you a concrete, itemised proposal. No public price list means no surprises baked into one.
How long does implementation take?
A typical single-branch business goes live in weeks; multi-branch operations run in phases. Discovery produces a written plan with dates before you commit. The parallel run before cut-over is non-negotiable — we go live when the numbers match.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes. Items, customers, suppliers, balances and stock are extracted, cleaned, trial-loaded and reconciled before cut-over. Bad data gets fixed before go-live, not discovered after.
Do we have to take all the modules?
No. Most clients start with one or two modules — commonly van sales plus inventory — and expand later. The platform is modular by design.
VAN Van sales software
6 questions
What is van sales software?
Van sales software runs selling from a vehicle: the driver carries stock, sells at the customer’s door, prints the invoice on the spot and collects payment. The app manages van stock, pricing, invoicing, returns and collections — and syncs everything back to the ERP for reconciliation.
Does van sales work without internet?
Yes — SynTrack’s van sales app is offline-first. Routes keep selling with no signal: invoices are issued from a controlled number sequence on the device and sync unchanged when coverage returns, so the audit trail stays continuous.
Can drivers print VAT invoices from the van?
Yes. Drivers print FTA-format tax invoices on Bluetooth thermal printers at the door, in Arabic and English, with your TRN, VAT treatment and totals — issued at the time of supply as UAE VAT rules require.
How does van sales handle returns and expiries?
Returns are captured at the door against the original invoice, with reason codes — expiries, damages, rejections. A credit note reverses the VAT correctly, and van stock adjusts immediately, so day-close reconciliation matches reality.
What is the difference between van sales and presales?
In van sales the vehicle carries stock and sells-and-delivers in one visit. In presales, a salesperson takes orders first and delivery happens later from the warehouse. SynTrack runs both — and direct store delivery — on the same platform, so you can mix models per route.
Will van sales invoices comply with UAE eInvoicing?
Yes. Invoices created in the van are structured, eInvoice-ready data from the moment of creation and flow through the same compliance pipeline as back-office invoices — including exchange and reporting through Accredited Service Providers under the UAE eInvoicing framework.
EIN UAE eInvoicing
6 questions
What is an e-Invoice under the UAE framework?
The Ministry of Finance defines an e-Invoice as a structured form of invoice data issued and exchanged electronically between a supplier and a buyer and reported electronically to the UAE Federal Tax Authority. PDFs, Word files, images, scanned copies and emails are explicitly not e-Invoices.
What model does the UAE use for eInvoicing?
A Decentralised Continuous Transaction Control and Exchange (DCTCE) “5-corner” model: supplier and buyer each connect through Accredited Service Providers, which exchange the invoice and report tax data to the FTA. Businesses do not connect to the authority directly.
What is the legal basis for UAE eInvoicing?
Ministerial Decision No. 243 of 2025 (the Electronic Invoicing System), Ministerial Decision No. 244 of 2025 (its phased implementation), Ministerial Decision No. 64 of 2025 (service-provider accreditation), and Cabinet Decision No. 106 of 2025 (violations and penalties), with amendments in Ministerial Resolutions 56 and 66 of 2026. The Ministry of Finance portal is the only official source.
When does eInvoicing become mandatory?
Per the announced phased rollout: a pilot from 1 July 2026, then mandatory adoption starting with larger businesses (annual revenue of AED 50 million and above) from 1 January 2027, other businesses from 1 July 2027, and government entities from 1 October 2027. Confirm your phase against the Ministry of Finance portal, as timelines can be updated.
Which transactions are covered?
The programme targets business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-government (B2G) transactions. Consumer (B2C) invoicing is not part of the announced mandate.
Is SynTrack ready for UAE eInvoicing?
Yes — SynTrack prepares every invoice as structured, eInvoice-ready data at creation, including invoices from van sales and delivery routes, and connects through Accredited Service Providers for exchange and reporting. We scope your readiness during discovery and confirm the setup in writing.
APP The product
4 questions
Does SynTrack work offline?
The mobile apps — van sales, field sales, delivery — are offline-first. Drivers and reps keep working with no signal; everything syncs automatically when the connection returns.
Is SynTrack VAT-compliant?
Yes. Tax invoices, credit notes and VAT return reports follow UAE requirements out of the box, with support for other GCC markets. Documents print in Arabic and English.
What devices does it run on?
The back office runs in the browser. Field apps run on Android devices, with Bluetooth thermal printers and barcode scanners supported. GPS/telematics integration is available for fleet tracking.
Can SynTrack integrate with other systems?
Yes — existing accounting systems, GPS providers and other tools can be integrated. Integration needs are mapped during discovery so nothing is improvised later.
SUP Support & training
2 questions
What support do you provide after go-live?
Hypercare through your first closes, then structured local support under an agreed SLA — from the same team that implemented you, based in the region, in your language.
Do you provide training?
Yes — role-based training for drivers, storekeepers, accountants and managers, plus refreshers after go-live. People are half the project; we treat training that way.
