Ajman · Ras Al Khaimah · Umm Al Quwain · Fujairah
The Northern Emirates trade, make and ship. One system for all three.
Ajman’s workshops and trading houses, Ras Al Khaimah’s industry and Saqr Port, Umm Al Quwain’s free zone businesses and Fujairah’s east-coast port each run differently — but they need the same thing: stock they can trust, invoices that meet FTA rules, and a team that turns up.
All four emirates are within driving distance of our Dubai office, so discovery and training happen on site.
Business in the Northern Emirates
Four emirates, four kinds of operation.
Smaller markets, but real operations — and often a mix of trading, manufacturing and distribution under one roof. This is how SynTrack fits each.
Ajman
Trading houses, workshops and Ajman Free Zone businesses: counter sales on credit, garage job cards and inventory across a busy industrial area.
Ras Al Khaimah
Manufacturers and RAKEZ-based companies: production planning, raw-material stock and distribution of finished goods, with exports through Saqr Port.
Umm Al Quwain
Free trade zone traders and distributors: purchasing, stock and VAT-ready invoicing without enterprise-sized overhead.
Fujairah
East-coast trading and logistics around the Port of Fujairah and its free zone: warehousing, shipments and van routes along the coast.
Routes across emirates
Distributors based in Sharjah or Dubai run vans into all four. The van app sells offline and invoices at the door.

UAE VAT & eInvoicing
Compliance for Northern Emirates businesses, explained plainly.
The UAE charges VAT at 5%. SynTrack produces tax invoices, credit notes and statements in FTA formats, in Arabic and English.
UAE eInvoicing follows a Decentralised Continuous Transaction Control and Exchange (DCTCE) “5-corner” model: supplier and buyer each connect through Accredited Service Providers, which exchange the invoice and report tax data to the FTA. Per the announced phased rollout, a pilot runs from 1 July 2026, mandatory adoption starts with businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million and above from 1 January 2027, other businesses from 1 July 2027, and government entities from 1 October 2027. Confirm your phase against the Ministry of Finance portal, as timelines can be updated.
SynTrack prepares every invoice as structured, eInvoice-ready data at creation — including invoices raised on the van — for exchange through an Accredited Service Provider.
5% VAT, FTA formats
Tax invoices, credit notes and VAT reports in Arabic and English.
eInvoice-ready at source
Structured invoice data from the office, the counter and the van.
Through an ASP
Exchange and reporting through UAE Accredited Service Providers, per the DCTCE model.

Questions
SynTrack in Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain & Fujairah — FAQs.
Do you implement on site in Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah?
Yes. All four emirates are within driving distance of our Dubai office, so discovery, configuration reviews and training happen at your premises, with remote support in between.
Is SynTrack suitable for a smaller business?
Yes. Pricing is by modules, users and branches, and many clients start with two modules — for example Counter Sales plus Accounting, or Van Sales plus Inventory — and add more later.
Can one system handle manufacturing and trading together?
Yes. Production, inventory, sales and finance share one database, so a business that makes some products and trades others sees both in the same stock and the same accounts.
Is SynTrack ready for UAE VAT and eInvoicing?
VAT documents are produced in Arabic and English in FTA formats, and every invoice is prepared as structured, eInvoice-ready data at creation, for exchange through UAE Accredited Service Providers.
Do you support free zone companies?
Yes. Free zone businesses in Ajman, RAKEZ, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah use the same modules — purchasing, stock, sales and VAT-ready finance — configured to how they trade.
How long does an implementation take?
A typical first phase follows the plan on this page: discovery on site in week 1, configuration and data migration in weeks 2–4, hands-on training in week 5, then a parallel run before go-live.
When does eInvoicing apply to my business?
Per the announced rollout, businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million and above from 1 January 2027 and other businesses from 1 July 2027, after a pilot from 1 July 2026. Confirm your phase on the Ministry of Finance portal.
Can we move from our current system or spreadsheets?
Yes. Masters and opening balances are migrated with trial loads and reconciliation before cut-over, and the old and new systems run in parallel until the numbers match.
