Dammam · Eastern Province
The Eastern Province runs on ports and industry. So should your stock.
Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran form one metro around King Abdulaziz Port, with Jubail’s industrial city to the north and Al Ahsa inland to the south. Distributors here supply supermarkets and trade counters, and industrial suppliers serve plants and contractors. SynTrack keeps both on one Arabic-first database.
Implementation is on-site and remote from Dubai, with a written visit plan.
Distribution in the Eastern Province
What an Eastern Province operation has to handle.
The region combines a major port, heavy industry and spread-out towns. These are the pressures SynTrack is configured around.
Port-fed stock
Imports clearing at King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam land in warehouses nearby. Landed cost flows into item cost so margins hold.
Industrial supply
Suppliers to Jubail’s industrial city and to contractors carry thousands of SKUs. Barcode lookup, bin locations and reorder points keep them findable and countable.
Metro and outlying towns
Routes cover the Dammam–Khobar–Dhahran metro, then run out to Jubail, Qatif and Al Ahsa. The van app works offline between towns.
Trade counters
Counter sales to contractors and workshops on credit, with price tiers applied and credit limits checked before account sales.
Credit control
Customers buy on terms. Credit limits and overdue balances are checked before every sale, at the counter and on the van.
Arabic-first teams
Screens, documents and training in Arabic and English for warehouse, counter, field and finance teams.

Saudi VAT & ZATCA
Compliance for Eastern Province businesses, explained plainly.
Saudi Arabia charges VAT at 15%, and tax invoices must be issued in Arabic — they may also carry English. SynTrack produces every invoice, credit note and statement in Arabic and English on the same document, in SAR.
ZATCA’s e-invoicing programme (FATOORA) runs in two phases. Phase 1, the generation phase, has applied since 4 December 2021: invoices must be generated and stored electronically, and simplified (B2C) invoices carry a QR code. Phase 2, the integration phase, began on 1 January 2023 and is rolled out in waves; ZATCA notifies each business of its wave in advance, and invoices are then integrated with the FATOORA platform.
Synergia Soft is listed in ZATCA’s Solution Providers Directory for Phase 1. ZATCA describes the directory as an indicative list, not an approval or certification. For Phase 2, we scope your obligations against your business profile and wave during discovery and confirm the supported setup in writing before you commit.

Phase 1 — generation

Phase 2 — your wave, in writing

Questions
SynTrack in Dammam & the Eastern Province — FAQs.
Do you work with businesses in Dammam and the Eastern Province?
Yes. We work with clients in the Eastern Province, and Saudi businesses including Barik International, ARS, Pro Serve and Hadeel run their operations on SynTrack. Implementation is on-site and remote from Dubai, with a written visit plan.
Can SynTrack handle industrial-supply item counts?
Yes. Inventory handles thousands of SKUs with barcode lookup, alternates, bin locations and reorder points, so industrial and contractor-supply stock stays findable and countable.
How are import costs through Dammam port handled?
Freight, duty and clearing charges are added to the shipment as landed cost and flow into item cost, so prices and margins reflect what the goods really cost.
Does SynTrack handle Saudi VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing?
VAT documents are produced in Arabic and English. Synergia Soft is listed in ZATCA’s Solution Providers Directory for Phase 1 (e-invoice generation); Phase 2 obligations depend on your business profile and are scoped and confirmed in writing.
Will the van app work on routes to Jubail and Al Ahsa?
Yes. The van sales app is offline-first: drivers keep selling, invoicing and collecting with no signal, and everything syncs when coverage returns.
How long does an implementation take?
A typical first phase follows the plan on this page: discovery in week 1, configuration and data migration in weeks 2–4, training in week 5, then a parallel run before go-live.
Can the trade counter and the vans share one stock?
Yes. Counter sales, van sales and the warehouse all draw on the same stock in one database, so availability is accurate wherever the sale happens.
Can we move from our current system or spreadsheets?
Yes. Item masters, barcodes and opening balances are migrated with trial loads and reconciliation before cut-over, and the old and new systems run in parallel until the numbers match.
