Riyadh · Central Region

Riyadh is where Saudi distribution is run from. Run it on one system.

The capital is the Kingdom’s largest market and the base many distributors run their central warehouse from — supplying the city itself, then routes out to Al Kharj, Qassim and beyond. SynTrack puts those warehouses, vans, branches and the finance behind them on one Arabic-first database.

Implementation is on-site and remote from Dubai, with a written visit plan.

Distribution in the Riyadh region

What a Riyadh operation has to handle.

Riyadh is a hub-and-spoke business: stock arrives centrally, then fans out across a very large city and a long road network. These are the pressures SynTrack is configured around.

WH

Central warehouses

Stock concentrated in the city’s industrial and warehouse districts, then split to branches and vans. SynTrack WMS tracks it by site, bin, batch and expiry.

RTE

Routes beyond the city

Regular runs to Al Kharj, Qassim and other towns mean hours without reliable signal — the van app sells, invoices and collects offline, then syncs.

PRT

Imports via Dammam

Goods landing at Dammam often reach Riyadh through the rail-linked Riyadh Dry Port. Landed cost flows into item cost so margins are real.

CRD

Credit-driven trade

Supermarkets, groceries and trade customers buy on terms. Credit limits and overdue balances are checked before every sale, in the office and on the van.

MT

Modern trade

Hypermarket and supermarket chains expect scheduled store drops with proof of delivery — the direct store delivery flow covers it.

ع/E

Arabic-first teams

Screens, documents and training in Arabic and English, so warehouse, field and finance teams work in the language they use.

Industries in the Riyadh region

The businesses SynTrack runs in and around the capital.

Riyadh’s size means almost every kind of distribution and trading business has a base here. These are the ones SynTrack is built for.

FM

FMCG & food distribution

Groceries, bakalah stores, supermarkets and hypermarkets supplied by van sales and scheduled store drops, with credit control on every route and returns tied to the original invoice.

BM

Building materials & contracting supply

Trade counters and yard sales to contractors on credit, large item masters, delivery notes against orders and receivables tracked by customer and project.

PH

Pharmacy & medical distribution

Batch and expiry control from the warehouse to the shelf, near-expiry visibility and deliveries to pharmacies and clinics across the city.

TR

Trading & wholesale

Imports with landed cost, customer price lists with minimum-margin floors and approvals for negotiated prices, so margin does not leak one favour at a time.

MF

Manufacturing

Production planning, raw-material consumption and finished-goods stock in the same system as sales and finance — for plants in the industrial cities.

3PL

3PL & logistics

Warehouses storing for several clients at once, with each client’s stock, billing and reports kept separate.

A working day on SynTrack

One day at a Riyadh distributor.

An illustrative day, from loading the first van to closing the books — the way SynTrack is set up for a central-warehouse operation in the capital.

  1. Early morning

Vans loaded from the central warehouse

Drivers’ load requests from yesterday are approved, stock is transferred to each van, and every van starts the day knowing exactly what it carries.

  2. Morning

    City routes start

Drivers follow their journey plans, check in at each customer, see credit limits and overdue balances, and issue bilingual invoices at the door.

  3. Midday

    Presales orders reach the warehouse

Orders booked by field sales teams flow straight to the warehouse for picking and tomorrow’s store drops — no re-typing.

  4. Afternoon

    Intercity vans sell offline

Vans on the Al Kharj or Qassim runs keep invoicing and collecting without signal; their transactions sync when they are back in coverage.

  5. Late afternoon

    Collections land in finance

Cash, card and cheque collections post against invoices, so receivables and aging are current before the end of the day.

  6. Evening

Day close and the management view

Vans return and close the day — sales, cash and stock reconciled — and managers see the day by branch, route and salesperson.

Saudi VAT & ZATCA

Compliance for Riyadh businesses, explained plainly.

Saudi Arabia charges VAT at 15%, and tax invoices must be issued in Arabic — they may also carry English. SynTrack produces every invoice, credit note and statement in Arabic and English on the same document, in SAR.

ZATCA’s e-invoicing programme (FATOORA) runs in two phases. Phase 1, the generation phase, has applied since 4 December 2021: invoices must be generated and stored electronically, and simplified (B2C) invoices carry a QR code. Phase 2, the integration phase, began on 1 January 2023 and is rolled out in waves; ZATCA notifies each business of its wave in advance, and invoices are then integrated with the FATOORA platform.

Synergia Soft is listed in ZATCA’s Solution Providers Directory for Phase 1. ZATCA describes the directory as an indicative list, not an approval or certification. For Phase 2, we scope your obligations against your business profile and wave during discovery and confirm the supported setup in writing before you commit.

P2

Phase 2 — your wave, in writing

Your integration obligations scoped against your profile and wave, and the supported setup confirmed in writing.

Choosing an ERP in Riyadh

What to check before you commit.

Whichever system you choose, these are the questions that matter for a Riyadh operation.

  • Arabic-first screens and bilingual tax invoices in SAR
  • ZATCA Phase 1 today, and a written plan for your Phase 2 wave
  • A van app that keeps selling offline on intercity runs
  • Warehouses, branches and vans on one database
  • Landed cost for goods arriving through Dammam or Jeddah
  • Credit limits enforced on the van, not just in the office
  • Implementation and training in Arabic, with a written visit plan
  • References from businesses already running it in the Kingdom

In Saudi Arabia

Runs in the Kingdom the way it runs in the UAE.

For Riyadh distributors, SynTrack runs the central warehouse, the city routes and the intercity vans on one Arabic-first system, with finance in SAR.

  • ع/EArabic and English screens and documents, with bilingual invoices in SAR.
  • ZATCASynergia Soft is listed in ZATCA’s Solution Providers Directory for Phase 1 (e-invoice generation). Phase 2 is scoped to your business profile and confirmed in writing.
  • KSASaudi clients include Barik International, ARS, Pro Serve and Hadeel.

Questions

SynTrack in Riyadh — FAQs.

Do you work with businesses in Riyadh?

Yes. We work with clients in the Riyadh region, and Saudi businesses including Barik International, ARS, Pro Serve and Hadeel run their operations on SynTrack. Implementation is on-site and remote from Dubai, with a written visit plan.

Can one system run a Riyadh warehouse and branches in other cities?

Yes. SynTrack keeps every warehouse, branch and van on one database, so stock, sales and collections are visible across cities without consolidation spreadsheets.

Will the van app work on routes outside Riyadh?

Yes. The van sales app is offline-first: drivers keep selling, invoicing and collecting with no signal, and everything syncs when coverage returns.

Does SynTrack handle Saudi VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing?

VAT documents are produced in Arabic and English. Synergia Soft is listed in ZATCA’s Solution Providers Directory for Phase 1 (e-invoice generation); Phase 2 obligations depend on your business profile and are scoped and confirmed in writing.

How is SynTrack priced for a Riyadh business?

By modules, users and branches, quoted after a discovery call. Many clients start with two modules — for example Van Sales plus Inventory — and add more as they grow.

How long does an implementation take?

A typical first phase follows the plan on this page: discovery in week 1, configuration and data migration in weeks 2–4, training in week 5, then a parallel run before go-live. Multi-city operations are phased city by city.

Can we move from our current system or spreadsheets?

Yes. Masters and opening balances are migrated with trial loads and reconciliation before cut-over, and the old and new systems run in parallel until the numbers match.

Can managers see every branch in one place?

Yes. Because every warehouse, branch and van is on one database, sales, stock and collections can be viewed across the whole operation or filtered by branch, route or salesperson.
